The corporate sector is a tough place
to be in since the employees here have to keep up with the pace of the changing
markets in order to keep their lead over the competitors. The effort that goes
into all this is excruciating and thus the employees do deserve some quality
time to indulge in recreational activities to re-boost themselves in order to
maintain their high productivity!
At Live Deftsoft we understand the
importance of recreational times and are thus organizing the Deftsoft Cricket
League in the month of August of this year. Here is a look at the procedures
involved and format to be followed in successfully conducting this grand event:

For anyone who desires to own a team, they need to come as a duo
and get their team registered using a unique name. The duo will be co-owners
who will take up responsibilities as a manager and a coach respectively.

All those who wish to participate can apply filling up an online
participation application where they can state their achievements so far.

The next step is the auction phase with each team having a
virtual amount of 5000 USD to buy their favorite players.
·
The last step is the selection of the final six teams by means
of a lucky draw.
We are already through with the
selection process and the final teams comprise of four boys’ teams and two
girls’ teams. The boys’ teams all charged up for some sport are Deft *Spartans*,
Deftsoft The ‘A’ Team, Knights XI Deftsoft, and Royal Warriors; the zealous
girls’ teams are Minions Queens XI Deftsoft and Deftsoft Dazzling Daisies.
The intent behind conducting this
event is to keep our Deftsoft family motivated and high spirited at all times
and mainly to give each member a chance to create a bonding with every other
old and new member of this family!
